If one of our team has asked you to start a remote session, this page gets you connected fast using Quick Assist, which is built into Windows. There is nothing to install, you see everything we do, and the session ends the moment you close it.

1. Get your code from us
Call us on 01603 336835 or start a chat using the button in the corner, and we will read you a 6 digit code. Keep us on the line.

2. Open Quick Assist
Click the button below. Windows may ask you to confirm opening Quick Assist, which is fine.
Nothing happened? Hold Ctrl + Windows + Q together, or type Quick Assist into the Start menu. On some older Windows 10 PCs you may need to install Quick Assist from the Microsoft Store first.

3. Enter the code
In Quick Assist, type the 6 digit code we gave you under "Code from assistant", then choose Allow or Share. That is it, we will take it from there.
You stay in control
You can watch everything on your screen the whole time, and you can end the session at any moment by closing Quick Assist. We never leave anything installed on your computer.
